Garrett Eberhardt is Executive Director of Medicaid Policy for America’s Physician Groups in their Washington, D.C. office. Prior to joining APG, Garrett worked at the National Alliance of State & Territorial AIDS Directors (NASTAD) where, as Manager on the Policy and Legislative Affairs team, he supported the team’s hepatitis policy portfolio. Garrett also has experience at CRD Associates with a focus on public and private reimbursement, including coding and coverage policies, the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, and public health advocacy. He also managed the government affairs unit at AMGA, where he gained deep knowledge of the development and implementation of policies at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Prior to his six years at AMGA, Garrett staffed the Republican Policy Committee where he served as a liaison to state and local governments, as well as civic organizations. Garrett received his B.A. in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
