Cynthia Deculus

Cynthia partners with physician leadership across the health system to ensure success in all models of managed care, accountable care and value-based contracting, including episodic payment models. Since 2006, Cynthia has been operationally responsible for programs and services focused on care coordination, high risk patient management, disease prevention and management, utilization management, clinical integration, quality management, post-acute relationship management, and clinical performance improvement. Cynthia served previously as the Vice President for Medical Network Development, the Executive Director of Operations and the Director of Business Development for Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation, and the Director of Administrative Affairs for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. In these various roles, Cynthia oversaw physician recruitment and practice valuations, EMR implementation, and medical group operations. She has also served as a Service Line Director for Cedars-Sinai’s Department of Pediatrics and Medical Genetics.

Cynthia has been with Cedars-Sinai since 1990, with the exception of a brief hiatus in 1998-99 during which she served as the Administrator for Women’s Health at the University of California San Francisco.

Cynthia received her BS from Cornell University and her MPH from Columbia University.
