Statement from APG President and CEO on Nomination of Xavier Becerra to Lead HHS

Washington, DC – The following is a statement from Don Crane, President and CEO of America’s Physician Groups (APG), on the nomination of California Attorney General Xavier Becerra to serve as the next U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS).

“APG congratulates Xavier Becerra on his nomination by President-Elect Joe Biden to be the next HHS Secretary. APG shares Mr. Becerra’s commitment to protecting and improving access to affordable, high-quality health care for all Americans.
