Cheri Greenfield-LaTour is the Chief Clinical Operations Officer for CenterWell Senior Primary Care, a senior-focused primary care provider, serving 400K patients in 350 centers across 15 states boasting an 86% net promoter score. While at CenterWell she also led Growth, Retention, and Patient Experience for 3 years where she guided the development and launch of Telesales and reimagined Field Sales delivering a ~15% growth rate year over year.

Prior to joining CenterWell, Cheri led Humana Home Care Operations, where she was responsible for all in-home and telephonic care management addressing member social determinant, behavioral health and clinical needs. Cheri’s 30-year career with Humana spans operations, finance, consumer experience, business continuity, platform migrations, and leadership of several joint ventures.

Cheri holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  Her extensive experience is further supported by two certifications from AHIP in Managed Healthcare Professional and Health Insurance Associate, as well as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certification from Cornell University and an Artificial Intelligence Business Strategy certification from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Cheri currently co-chairs the Women’s Network Resource Group for Humana with more than 10K members, and has also chaired Project Redbird, a multi-year initiative to raise funds to upgrade technology and improve athletic facilities in the De Pere School District (Wisconsin). Additionally, she has served on the boards of Circulation and iCare (Independent Care Health Plan).
