Danette Roberts has devoted more than 40 years to Kaiser Permanente where she serves as Assistant Medical Group Administrator and Area Finance Officer for the Southern California Permanente Medical Group. Before joining the Finance Team in 1994, she was Director of the Admitting Department and Hospital Business Office.
Her professional achievements have earned her several distinctions, including the TWIN (Tribute to Women in Industry) Award in 2010, the San Diego Business Journal CFO Award in 2019, and recognition as one of the Women of Influence: 50 Over 50 honorees in 2022. Ms. Roberts holds a Master of Business Administration with a healthcare emphasis and a Bachelor of Science in Business specializing in finance from Capella University. She completed the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard University in 2017 and is green belt certified in Lean Six Sigma performance improvement.
In addition to her work in healthcare, Ms. Roberts serves on the board of Junior Achievement, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting work-readiness, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship among young people. Her career reflects a commitment to leadership and community involvement.
