Julie Minnick

Julie Minnick, MBA, oversees the daily activities and operations of Triad HealthCare Network (THN) to ensure it financial and operational success.

THN is an accountable care organization focused on value-based care. Julie is also a part of the Cone Health Senior Leadership Council team.

Minnick joined Cone Health in November 2023. She has served in various executive roles of large for profit and non-for-profit hospital companies. She has extensive experience working with large hospital systems and scaling service line operating models, along with leading large physician networks and teams. Her most recent experience includes value-based care initiatives that lead to substantial improvements in the clinically integrated network of over 6000 clinicians at Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, Texas.

Minnick earned an associate of arts degree from Tulsa Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Phoenix.

Minnick is a member of the America College of Healthcare Executives and the Medical Group Management Association. Since arriving in Greensboro, she was honored to join as a volunteer in the community by joining as a Board member of The Servant Center, a dynamic community partner focused on supporting homeless and disabled Veterans.   She is also honored to join the next executive leadership class of Experience Greensboro commencing in March.

Minnick’s interests are far and wide. Julie has helped to develop and lead numerous projects in her career and is passionate about helping young leaders in their career growth. She is a strategic visionary with a passion to improve patient care, employee, and physician engagement.   Julie started her healthcare and EMS career as a certified medical assistant, was a licensed EMT, and served as a reserve deputy sheriff commissioned by the State of Oklahoma for many years.
