Lindsay Jubelt, MD, MSc, is CEO of Optum Health’s New England Market, where she leads strategy, growth, operations, clinical performance, and financial accountability across Massachusetts and Connecticut. A physician executive with deep experience in care delivery transformation, value-based care, and organizational performance, Dr. Jubelt has a strong record of launching new business lines, leading complex turnarounds, and translating clinical strategy into measurable operating results.
In addition to her New England market leadership, Dr. Jubelt originated and is leading the strategy and business build for Optum Health’s Integrated Specialty Platform, an enterprise initiative designed to create a national, value-based specialty care platform that expands access, improves coordination with primary care, and lowers the cost of specialty care. She also leads the development of a care delivery performance management function that converts market priorities, contract economics, and analytics into disciplined execution, measurable value, and sustained operating improvement.
An internal medicine physician by training, Dr. Jubelt brings a distinctive combination of clinical expertise, P&L leadership, innovation, and team-building experience. She previously served as Chief Clinical Officer of Optum Health and held senior leadership roles at Mass General Brigham, Mount Sinai Health System, and NYU Langone Health. She earned her MD from Stony Brook University, completed residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, and pursued fellowship training at the University of Pennsylvania.
