Lura Hawkins serves as the Vice President of Member Services for American’s Physician Groups, focusing on the organization’s national expansion and managing member benefits. Lura provides member education through regional and committee meetings, the annual compensation and benefits survey in addition to contributing to our annual conferences. This role includes working with partner organizations, fundraising, and collaborating with industry leaders and other stakeholders to benefit our organization’s programs.
Prior to joining American’s Physician Groups, Lura was employed at SCAN Health Plan and PacifiCare of California, where is focused on a variety of areas including disease management, pharmacy, medical management and research. Lura received her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. She received her B.S. from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
