APG Terms of Service
By registering for any APG event, I confirm that I understand the following: personal information — including name, uploaded images, and posted messages — may be shared with other meeting participants and may be recorded. Further, by registering and attending an event, all attendees and speakers consent to the capturing of their image, appearance, likeness, voice, and name in the form of live video, recorded video, and still photography. Any of the images, questions, or written comments may be used, reproduced, and published in any manner, and any media throughout the universe in perpetuity, for any purpose whatsoever, including all commercial purposes, and you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties. By attending an APG-hosted event, you also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by America’s Physician Groups or any person or entity authorized by America’s Physician Groups to do so. Your personal information may be used to contact you further about America’s Physician Groups in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
