Stephen Greene

Stephen Greene is the Chief Administrative Officer of ChenMed and Chief of Staff to CEO, Christopher Chen, MD. ChenMed is an innovative physician practice that aims to be America’s leading primary care provider, transforming care of the neediest populations. ChenMed is dedicated to a no-fee, concierge-style practice model for the polychronic, low- to middle-income senior population that works exclusively through a full-risk capitation model with Medicare Advantage health plans.

Mr. Greene is responsible for the scalable, efficient, and effective operation of key corporate shared services functions – including facilities, communications, legal, compliance, and enterprise project management – that support the care delivery organization. He also aids Dr. Chen in coordinating and aligning the executive team, government affairs, organizational development, and ad-hoc initiatives.

Prior to joining ChenMed in 2017, Mr. Greene spent seven years at the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) as a Managing Director of Special Projects. He also served as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. for four years after earning his master’s in business administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
